Richard A. Battaglia Mr. Battaglia is Director of the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) Caribbean Basin Agricultural Trade Office in Miami, Florida. Mr. Battaglia has previously served as Director of the Agricultural Trade Office in Monterrey, Mexico, and in the U.S. Embassies in Mexico City, Mexico and Tokyo, Japan.
Omar González Mr. González is an International Trade Specialist with USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) Caribbean Basin Agricultural Trade Office (CBATO) in Miami, Florida. Mr. Gonzalez has worked at the CBATO since 2001. Prior to that, Mr. González worked as an FAS Agricultural Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and as a Product Registration Specialist for PriceSmart, Inc., a U.S. membership warehouse club with stores throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Philippines.
