2023 Gulfood Booth Reservation

Reserve: From July 11th – July 31st (CST), 2022, SUSTA is allowing companies to reserve booths in our 2023 Gulfood pavilion. We will have (4) - 9 sqm corner booths, (13) - 9 sqm in-line booths and (2) - 6 sqm in-line booths available at the show, which will take place in Dubai February 20-24, 2023.

To reserve a 9 square meter booth, which includes the (4) corner booths, you must register online and pay a $2,000 deposit; to reserve a 6 square meter in-line booth, you must register online and pay a $1,000 deposit. All reservations must be done online and paid with credit card. They will have a date/time stamp, and the booth allocations will be first come, first served.

Secure Booth: In order to secure your booth, on August 1st, 2022, you must re-certify your MySUSTA account details for the 2023 program year (or create a MySUSTA account if you are new to SUSTA). Simply log into your account starting August 1st, and you will be prompted to re-certify your account. We will review your account details to make sure you are eligible to participate. If ineligible, we will refund your deposit.

Payment: If you registered and paid a deposit for Gulfood 2023, once your 2023 MySUSTA account is approved, we will email you an invoice for the balance of your booth. You must pay this balance with credit card or check by or on August 15th. If you are paying by check, we must have your check in the office by or on August 15th. If we do not receive the balance payment by August 15th, we will refund your deposit and you will lose your booth.

If you reserve your booth in advance and pay the deposit, you are eligible for the early bird rate. We will deduct the deposit from this early bird rate.

• 6 square meter in-line booth: Regular rate is $7,224; Early Bird rate is $7,024
• 9 square meter in-line booth: Regular rate is $10,588; Early Bird rate is $10,388
• 9 square meter corner booth: Regular rate is $11,263; Early Bird rate is $11,063

Please note that Gulfood is the only event in which you can reserve a booth prior to the opening of 2023 events on August 15th.
