Under current United States law, industrial hemp refers to the Cannabis sativa L. plant species, any parts of those plants, and all derivatives thereof, which have a THC level of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Hemp has numerous industrial and horticultural uses including fabric, paper, construction materials, food products, cosmetics, and more!
