Philippine MFN Tariff Schedule - Open for Comment

On February 22, 2023, the Philippine Tariff Commission announced that it will commence a Comprehensive Review of the Most Favored Nation Tariff Schedule, covering all products/tariff lines falling under Chapters 1 to 97 of Section 1611 of the CMTA, to set the MFN Tariff Schedule for 2024 to 2028.

All interested parties (both domestic and foreign stakeholders) are requested to submit comments or positions on the Comprehensive Review to the Commission on or before 17 March 2023 (end of business hours) using the position paper template provided on the Commission's website http://tariffcommission.gov.ph. Online submissions are encouraged.
